More Information

Nicole Archer, South Florida Museum Wedding says:

“I would HIGHLY recommend Elle to anyone!!! She was doing such a great job at our wedding we decided to have her stay and take shots longer than we had originally planned. She was such a pleasure to work with!! Numerous guests expressed to me how wonderful she was at our wedding. She didn’t miss a beat! Thanks so much Elle for freezing our memories in time! You’re absolutely amazing!”

Kristin Allen, St. Pete Beach Wedding says:

“…In the early stages of our planning I knew that we needed to find a vendor who had an excellent eye for capturing the feeling and emotions of our wedding, as well as a modern artistic approach. We were happy to meet Elle over the phone and through email (she ROCKS at communication) and finally at a local coffee shop and talk with her about our wedding, our vision, and our style. Elle took the time to talk to us about what she can offer, how to blend our styles together, and kept our vision at the focus of her artwork. We talked about the pricing, which was an awesome deal for the quality of work and time that she puts into each event. The pictures that Elle and the second photographer were able to capture were gorgeous, not to mention how friendly and accommodating they were the entire time. (Elle also is a great person to chat with and would help me through some of my stressors and would give me advice and keep me grounded through the entire “wedding planning” process, even when it has nothing to do with photography. Elle feels like a part of your wedding party rather than “just a vendor” and I consider her one of the most sincere and compassionate people that I’ve come to cross paths with.) Even when the wedding is over, Elle is there ready to assist and offer her artistic opinions for a gorgeous wedding album. I would book Elle and her team, they are very reliable, professional, and I would do business with them again in a heart beat!”

Shari Weber, Tampa Bay Times Forum Wedding says:

I am blown away by how personal her service is. We skyped many times over the months leading up to my wedding as I was traveling. She walked thru the venue several times with me and day of – she was the fly on the wall capturing everything. She also provided two amazing assistants for additional coverage. They were a perfect addition to the day and I can’t say enough about the images – stunning!”

Deanna Bovis, Longboat Key Club Wedding says:

I would HIGHLY recommend Elizabeth at PostFilm to any bride looking for a wedding photographer. We hired her more than a year in advance for our beach wedding in Longboat Key. She went out of her way to get to know us and to make sure that I felt comfortable for the day of the wedding. She met with us before our engagement session and multiple times before the wedding… Her prices were very fair and she was extremely responsive when I would e-mail or call her with questions. She has a lot of experience in the industry so she also helped us out with other vendor recommendations. She’s incredibly professional, creative and she was just a lot of fun to work with. Neither of us had really had professional pictures taken before but she was great at guiding us without being too pushy. Now for the most important part, both our engagement and wedding pictures turned out AMAZING! We got some really creative shots and she made sure to get every detail of our big day. Not only is she technically skilled but what I appreciate most about our photos is that she captured our personalities and style PERFECTLY. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Kelly Martin, Sunken Gardens Wedding says:

I am very excited to have you do the photography for my wedding in October. Your pictures are beautiful and you’ve been great to work with throughout this exciting and sometimes stressful process. Thank you for your help!!

Jennifer Lenhart, St. Pete Beach Wedding says:

My husband has a background in cinematography and photography, so he really grilled Elizabeth before our wedding, and had very specific requirements for the kind of photos he wanted. She was incredibly receptive and accommodating, and also helped come up with ideas that we hadn’t considered. She responded quickly to all of our inquiries and was completely up front about costs and timing. We planned mostly over the phone because we had a destination wedding, but she also met us the day before the ceremony to go over everything.

The actual wedding day did not go as planned, to say the least. Basically, everything that could go wrong did — a major storm, a last minute venue change, no ceremony music, a hair/makeup artist who was 2 hours late — except for the photography. Among all of the chaos of that day, I’ll always remember how Elizabeth remained incredibly calm, reassuring and professional — and she even helped scout my new ceremony location about a half hour before it began!
She sent a gorgeous “teaser” photo within a day or two, and we got the rest of the photos by the time we got back from our honeymoon. They were so beautiful that no one believes that the hours and moments before were so disastrous! She also got plenty of gorgeous shots of the reception that our guests loved. Hiring her was by far the best decision we made when it came to wedding vendors. (My husband likes to take all the credit, of course.)

What's PostFilm?
Formerly Elle Creative, PostFilm is short for “life after film photography.”

I am an Atlanta based wedding photographer. I currently also have a home in Tampa, Florida and provide wedding photography all throughout the Tampa Bay Area. I LOVE to travel!

I started my career in wet-labs, darkrooms, (B/W & color), and film developing sinks crafting little impressionable pieces of film in to incredible works of art. As the demand for digital photography grew, I realized how truly unique and specialized my skill set was.

My background in high art execution affords me the opportunity to bring luxurious, museum grade clarity to wedding couples looking for images that will inspire and fascinate their children and their children’s children.

Published Works
I wasn’t always an Atlanta wedding photographer! My first photography job out of art school was for WTSP Channel 10 (local) as a food photographer. I was frequently published in Metromix for my delicious photos of hotdogs and hamburgers (hey, we all have to start somewhere).

Other publications include:
-Tampa Bay Weddings Magazine
-Table Six Productions
-The Wedding Atlas
-Pretty Brass Tacks
-Harley Davidson Catalog
-Oracle for Art Review

A range of my design work can be found on amazon.com, target.com, kohls.com, walmart.com, jcpenney.com, photodough.com, and digitalweddingforum.com.

PostFilm is a sustainable artistic business. I limit my yearly weddings to 20 a year and work closely with every bride and groom.

What's Popular?
90% of my clients add extra services on to my base wedding photography package. Below are some of the most popular add-ons:

-engagement session
-archival, hand-bound custom design album
-parent albums
-second professional photographer

There are no minimum or maximum expected add-on services. I’ve provided photography related art work for all styles of weddings, from big to small, eclectic to classic.

My clients do share a few things in common:
unique details, thoughtful event design, and a love of funky twists. I am constantly entertained and fascinated with what they come up with next.

Other Services
Although I specialize in weddings, I absolutely adore other photography related work. I highly encourage couples that aren’t interested in full wedding day photography services to consider a la carte options:

-Stylized shoots (think Paris themed shoots, or vintage inspired photography)
-Bridal Portrait Photography
-Head shots
-Corporate Events or Parties

I am a working artist and consistently pursue personal art projects. I shoot a wide range of subject matters to be featured in gallery settings. Some of my most recent art work has focused heavily on rural decay and forgotten rural landscapes. View a small sample of work here.

Thank you for taking an interest in my work! I’m currently based in both Tampa and Atlanta and available for local or destination weddings. I’d love to get to know you more and what you envision your day being like.
